It's Thanksgiving Day and that means eating until you can't move. For most cyclists, and me especially, this is a very bad thing. An extra 7000 calories in one dinner can set you back a few weeks in training. I found this article about making Thanksgiving dinner healthier. It's pretty much common sense but we could all use a reminder now and then.
I'm going to enjoy my one piece of turkey, no potatoes and one scoop of dressing. Of course the one piece of turkey will be 300 grams and the scoop of dressing will be from a shovel.
